Unlock Your Subconscious with the Power of a Pendulum

Often overlooked, the subconscious is a powerful part of the human mind. It is responsible for our automatic behaviors, such as walking and breathing, as well as our more complex thought processes, such as problem-solving and creativity. It is thought that our intuition and gut feelings come from this. In addition learn how to unlock your subconscious with the power of a pendulum.

The subconscious is not easily accessible through conscious thought. This is because it is a non-verbal realm of the mind, and it operates on a much deeper level than our conscious thoughts. It is believed to be the source of our true desires, our hidden motivations, and our deepest fears.

The Subconscious has a linguistic process that is separate from both the conscious and unconscious thought. The conscious, reasoning mind, and symptoms that show up in the neurological system are the main topics of therapy. Because the change process doesn’t take place where the problem is, it has no effect on unconscious behaviors, emotions, or triggers. The subconscious has a linguistic process that is separate from both conscious and unconscious thought as well as from all memories.

The Conscious Mind has Power over the Subconscious

The conscious mind has power over the subconscious. The subconscious is capable of much more than we anticipated. Invisible forces in a hidden reality made up of 11 dimensions symbolically represent a secret world or reality, according to quantum theory.

Utilize the subconscious to integrate, treat, and reprogram a variety of problems. Train it to work with the unconscious mind to break down barriers that prevent healing. Link these obstacles or memory structures, sometimes referred to as shadows or parts, to emotional suffering caused by traumatic experiences. Memory structures can combine to generate complicated structures that can stop the therapy process.

In order to unlock this subconscious power using a pendulum, the subconscious needs three things in order to be an ally in the integration and reprogramming process, and they are as follows: 1). Clear communication 2). Access to every memory  3). Agreement with the dynamics of our personality, which are the amnesic and dissociative portions of ourselves. Pre-birth amnesic elements might interfere with adult behavior and act as hurdles to any type of change work.

The Conscious Mind has Power over the Subconscious

Unconscious Projections

As we are experiencing within ourselves and in our environment, we are projecting. Projection is a misalignment with the inner and outer world. Bascially, the habit of projection is set up when we experience trauma, betrayal, abuse, or discomfort. A defense mechanism is activated by the habit of refusing to acknowledge within the self, yet see in others, we feel resentment, hatred, anger towards them. Projection occurs from what is thought or believed about a person is actually the disconnected and despised self. By pointing to others, we reduce our own discomfort, self hatred, anxiety, or bad feelings about ourselves. Consequently, pointing at others helps us to avoid responsibility for ourselves because it is too painful, difficult, or uncomfortable. Then we justify our anger, projections or reactions directed at others. This is a cycle we are in. But how do we get out?

Projections happen on an unconscious level. Basically what we are doing is trying to change the image that we see in the mirror. Change cannot happen at the mirror or conscious/unconscious levels. Yet we keep trying. Therapy focuses on the conscious thinking mind and symptoms manifested in the body. It does nothing for unconscious behaviors, reactions, or triggers because the change work doesn’t happen where the issue is. The change work happens at the subconscious level or what some are calling the superconscious.  Is it possible to unlock the power of the subconscious using just a pendulum?

The Conscious Mind and Subconscious are not One Unified Mind Like Many think

The conscious mind and subconscious are not One Unified Mind like many think. They learn very differently. The shift from therapy directed healing to self directed healing is having a strategy and framework in working with the subconscious on a co-creative level. This process does not require repeating the trauma story. Instead, self directed healing starts with making the subjective objective.

How do we make the subjective objective? Use the pain scale! Once the trigger, behavior, or pain moves from subjective to objective, problem solving becomes self oriented. Once one is aware of how a problem, behavior, thinking, memory, pain, etc. is distorting their perception of reality, they can instantly integrate it without outside help. Self directed. Awareness is key!

Teaching the subconscious to discover solutions to issues and carry out the agreed upon process starts with communication. Any trauma memory, conscious or unconscious, distorts how we perceive our reality, our thoughts, and our behaviors. In this way we can unlock the power of the subconscious using a pendulum.

The first 2 steps that bring the conscious, unconscious, and subconscious together are:
1- Awareness
2- Make the subjective objective
Behavior is influenced by both internal and external stimuli leading to the formation of memories. There are 2 types of memories.
1 – Content memories – sensory experience content memory structures contribute to behavior.
2 – Emotion memories – basically, emotional experiences can differ greatly such as siblings having completely different childhood experiences growing up in the same house.

What Does Quantum Physics Tell Us to Unlock the Subconscious and a Pendulum?

Quantum Physics states that we are composed of and governed by invisible forces. We are dealing with the cause of our reactions that are in different realities we can’t see. Physics calls it Virtual Reality. It is a hidden reality. And we can program it! This multidimensional hidden reality affects our lives on many levels within our fields and how it interacts with other fields. This hidden reality affects our behavior. This hidden reality is a metaphorical interpretation of the 11 dimensions of hidden reality or string theory. We are co-creating with this hidden reality to cause change in behavior. Above all, unlike the conscious and unconscious, the subconscious operates within the hidden reality. If we can work with the hidden realities, would that lead to changing our 3D experience?

My belief is that somewhere inside of you is the answer to every question that can be asked about you. My concern is that we make a connection with that part of you that knows the answers, and that those answers can be shared with us and used for the good of the total you.”

Dr. John Upledger

The Subconscious Does Not Experience Time and Space

It is infinite intelligence. It is present in its entirety at every point simultaneously. And we can communicate with it!

The parts of us that are amnesic and dissociative are the dynamics of our personality. Traditional therapy ignores this. First, these parts act like mini personalities that remain in the back seat. Next, they will move to the driver seat to fulfill a certain role in our behavior. Finally, they will retreat to the back seat again.

Nonetheless, amnesic parts could serve as barriers to any change-work, such as therapy or hypnosis, and pre-birth amnesic parts could disturb adult behavior. Memory activity or active memories refer to those memories that are active in either the conscious or unconscious active experience, or both. The dissociative process ‘flags’ unnecessary or painful parts of a memory in order to move the unwanted parts of a memory into the unconscious. Experts call these flagged memories ‘dissociated. The activity of the dissociated memories is in the unconscious experience, not the conscious experience.

Unlock the Subconscious Using a Pendulum

Shift and empower now to change the things you can. Furthermore, by leveraging the power of these triggers, we can gain a deeper understanding of our unconscious behaviors and how to better manage them. Moreover, this can help us to make more informed decisions and create better outcomes for ourselves. Additionally, it can also help us to create healthier relationships with those around us. Then to release, and let go of what no longer serves the whole.

By consciously integrating the assets of the trigger while processing on the subconscious levels to reprogram the automatic unconscious behaviors to conscious behaviors. This is how to make the unconscious conscious. Using the external triggers in our 3D reality to start the process of integration. Bring together your core convictions, explore your unexamined feelings, and uncover the aspects of the self that are hidden and not consciously acknowledged. First step is to train the subconscious how to do the work. They are controlling events, choices, responses, and reactions to experiences in your life and don’t even know it.

The subconscious communicates through imagery and metaphors. Metaphors and allegory are powerful tools for communication. Metaphors are effective at instructing and guiding the subconscious to make changes in memory. Removing negative emotions from memories causes changes in behavior. Metaphors communicate directly with the subconscious.
