Guide for Self-Directed Healing

In this guide for self-directed healing, this part will pertain to the importance of integration. During my spiritual journey, I tried everything to figure out what works and what doesn’t. And as a certified EFT practitioner, I can say that EFT is wonderful but it wasn’t complete. There are still things within myself that were not integrating. It would still come out. My anger and my reactions would still come out. And NLP neuro linguistic programming also is wonderful but again it wasn’t complete. So, we’ll be discussing here how the transformation method was born and its importance .

Merging Hypnosis with Self Directed Healing

I studied and tested all the tools such as EFT, emotional freedom technique, NLP, neuro-linguistic programming, and LOA, the law of attraction, not only on myself, but with my clients as well. All of these tools were great but they were not complete for self-directed healing. There was always something that was still there. Something that wasn’t quite integrating. I still had these symptoms of being triggered, and symptoms of anxiety. I still had symptoms of post-traumatic stress and memories coming back. So, all of these were still happening. However, I was testing every single one of these tool that I learned and became certified in.

And EFT was the one that really helped a lot but not complete. Hypnotherapy, the past life regression, during the work with Dr. Brian Weiss, and during those past life regressions, they all helped, and yet it was not complete. It wasn’t until I began to experiment with combining all these methods.

I combined EFT and Neuro Linguistic programming, hypnotherapy, and past life regressions, and shamanism, with the concept of awakening, how energy moves, reality transurfing, and seeing how nature, physics worked, I created a model and applied it on myself. This is when things radically began to change. And this when the method for transformation was born.

I combined the emotional freedom technique in such a way that one could recognize what was happening and acknowledging that rather than suppressing. So, using EFT, Neuro Linguistic programming, hypnotherapy, and the technique taught in Dr. Gary Flint’s work to create this healing team. This is when the birth of the method, the process transformation method was born and it’s a crucial step in the entire spiritual awakening process.

Steps to Proceed With your Guide to Self-Directed Healing:

Since it’s self-directed healing, there are some steps, you are required to follow. We’ll be discussing the same here. Let’s take a look,

  1. Create Your Healing Team

This is guide to self-directed healing, so nobody can do this for you, you have to do this yourself. You have the spark within you to create coherence but here we’ll be directing you how to yield the benefits of your spark. You have to create your own healing team on your spiritual awakening journey.

This is where my training as a Christian minister comes in. There is a passage in the Bible where Jesus says, “The world and its desires are passing away but there is one thing that doesn’t pass. And when you experience this one thing, you can’t put words to it.” You can’ t describe it because people will be thinking you’re nuts, right? Because it’s not from this world.

The birth of this method is really not from this world. Once you create this healing team, you are integrating all of you through this process on multidimensional levels where you are already complete.

  1. Integrate Your Thoughts, Not Suppress

So many of us are looking for something to complete us. And this idea has a flaw. Because first, for coming from the perspective that there’s something that needs to be fixed, there’s something broken here is the wrong approach in this self-directed healing in your spiritual awakening journey.

This is the thought, I had that “I have cancer. I’m going to die. I’m broken.” Once I transcended that thought I realized that cancer was a gift. And it was showing me everything that I needed to do in order to integrate. What I was doing was suppressing it. And the suppression of it makes it come back stronger, makes it say “Hey look at me now. You’re gonna be dead in two years.” So this was what I was going through when I was discovering how my body can heal itself. And integration was the only way out there.

  1. Transcend Your Mind

People like Joe Dispenza and Deepak Chopra have been talking about how the body can heal itself for years but the mind doesn’t understand this. The mind has programs, beliefs, ideas that we must transcend.

In order to transcend this, we have to integrate those parts that hold the programming. When something comes up in our physical world, it’s this programming that wakes up within us and either sabotages us, pulls us back into our comfort zone, and keeps us from moving forward into what we wanted to do or what we are here to do.

So, I kept being pulled back into my comfort zone every time I got to that point where I took the next step. It may be speaking in front of five hundred people. As I’ve never done that before, it’s going to feel uncomfortable. In fact, this feeling of discomfort that wakes up these parts within us.

Awareness for self directed healing

Sometimes these parts of being are uncomfortable, come from this lifetime. Sometimes, these parts are from pre-birth and sometimes these parts wake up from past lives. Because science is also showing us that within our DNA we carry ancestral memory. Sometimes these ancestral memories wake up and they take over our behaviors, our reactions, and how we see the world through our lenses.

How we’re seeing the world is throughout these parts that wake up within the unconscious. So, we’re gonna get into more detail on the power of the healing team and what your healing team consists of in our next article. But, this is the actual birth of the method where I combined everything with a little bit of EFT, some NLP, some hypnosis, past life regression, craniosacral therapy, reality transurfing, physics, metaphysics, the work of Dr. Gary flint,  Dr. Brian Weiss, Dr. Bruce Lipton…

The beautiful thing is, the mind doesn’t have to know what’s going on. It’s your healing team that does all the work and the mind might say “I don’t know it’s happening, nothing happening.” People suddenly feel anxious. All of a sudden they feel like I could move forward, I could forgive. And so these movements start happening and then the body creates this inner space. I like to call this inner space, the vital nutrients. In our next article, we are going to delve more into this alchemy of self-directed healing that you can experience in your spiritual awakening journey.
