Hypnosis for self sabotage

Unpack your potential and achieve your goals through hypnosis for Self Sabotage. I work with clients every day who are working on issues like, changing old patterns, beliefs, and integrating past trauma and emotions and setting goals. And one of the things I seem to be picking up on more and more is self-sabotage. 

This has been happening more often. I hear, “Deni, I’m trying to quit smoking and it seems like the moment I make a decision to quit smoking, all the sudden, I’m self Sabotaging and I end smoking MORE instead of quitting! Instead of smoking a pack a day, I end up smoking two packs a day!”
Or I’ll hear, “I’m trying to lose weight and it seems like I get it all set up and next thing I know is I’m eating more and more of the things I’m trying to avoid. what is going on?”

Begin by setting up a plan to heal self sabotage with hypnosis

So we begin to set up a plan to integrate these things first with hypnosis because these things are coming up and waking up on a subconscious level. So, when you make the decision to exercise every single day and the next thing you know three weeks fly by and you haven not even gone for a walk.  

These deep-rooted parts wake up into your experience and affect your thinking and behavior patterns. They can affect you taking action and these parts that wake up are related to worthiness. The moment you set up something to improve yourself, it’s almost like these parts that wake up show how you are not worthy of this. 

I have worked with this one woman recently, and only after two sessions she started to realize all the parts that would wake up and tell her you’re not good enough to look that good.  Who do you think you are to want to wear that size? So she started realizing there were these thoughts and patterns of self sabotage that would wake up as soon as she wanted to take care of herself.

Are your thoughts creating Self Sabotage?

This was her own worthiness. Her thoughts about herself, whether or not she was worthy to have the weight she wanted to be or to have the health and wellness she wanted to bring in and change the Old habits of eating highly-processed fat food or fast foods and maybe unhealthy habits like smoking. 

As soon as she started making the goals to change, it’s almost like she was waking up these parts within her that would  set her up for failure. Many of you can relate! And the root of self-sabotage is worthiness. Are you worthy enough to have the results of that? Because there are parts that are waking up within you that would say that’s too much, you’re not good enough for that, it will never happen. You start having thoughts of doubt within yourself.  

Gather your healing Team

These are parts within the unconscious that are waking up. Then, what we do during a hypnosis session is first gather your healing team. Because these parts are waking up in the unconscious and once they wake up, they infiltrate your thought processes, patterns, ideas and beliefs and they begin to infiltrate you thinking or behavior in such ways you that cannot believe you are doing this. 
You set up a goal to lose weight, then you find you are eating the very things that you’re not supposed to be eating! And yet it is still happening and you’re watching it happening. You can’t believe it’s happening, but all you can do is watch the self-sabotage unfold.

Integrate those parts that begin to wake up

We integrate these parts that begin to wake up! And here’s the thing, these parts that wake up and start to affect your behavior in ways of self-sabotaging first we have to recognize that we may have thoughts that we are not worthy of the outcome, end result and so we have to go in and find that space of yes I’m worthy. Those things in the unconscious begin to come to the surface. You come into a space where you are able to integrate these things. 

It’s through allegory that this intelligence is taught how to do the reprogramming work. Let go of the parts that no longer serve

Believe that you are worthy of that outcome you desire

So, this is an important step because with hypnosis and self-sabotage we tend to do this to ourselves and the next thing you know you’re doing the exact opposite. These parts that wake up that keep you from this goal, they think they are protecting you from being worthy of that outcome because you may have a deep-rooted belief that you’re not worthy of that outcome.

Make the subjective the objective 

All these parts begin to wake up in the unconscious. What you should do is make this subjective part objective. So, it is subjective to you as it is causing pain in your life. Maybe it’s causing you to fail, it’s causing you to self sabotage. As you put your focus, awareness and attention on the pain scale, with 1 being no pain at all and 10 being absolutely the worst. 

Reflect on where you are on the pain scale

Take a look at where you are with this issue on the pain scale. If it’s a five or above, It’s enough pain there to wake up parts of the unconscious mind . You cannot see it happening in the unconscious. You are not aware of it. There is a third part to the healing team. This super intelligence is what you are! It’s not attached to anything that it sees we want. It sees both what we are looking at – that five, six, seven on the pain scale – and everything else that is preventing you from achieving your goal. 

Teach the intelligence that you are to integrate self sabotage

We begin to wake up these parts in the unconscious. Then, teach this third part of your healing team how to do the integration work. Because here’s the thing, we are not spiritually by-passing or suppressing, no more of that. If the issue is spiritually bypassed or pushed back down and suppressed. It will come up someplace else in your experience. What you want is finality with this. It is integrated with all of its wisdom, knowledge and understanding with the wholeness of your healing team is freeing. 

This intelligence is taught how to reprogram and re-write parts that no longer serve you with an allegory. These parts I am talking about are triggers, reaction, negative belief, ideas and programming’s that no longer serve. 

This is an important step! With self-sabotage we tend to do this to ourselves. The next thing you know you’re doing the exact opposite of what you want.

Get rid of reactions and re-write the programming. So keeping all the knowledge, wisdom and understanding of these parts, and they have to willingly say yes to this integration because you can’t fool, coarse or trick the unconscious. These parts must be willing to be integrated!  

Achieve your goals with integration! The people I am working with are losing weight, quitting smoking, and letting go of the habits that no longer serve them. And, we did not even focus on those things, but they are naturally falling away.
